Welcome to Cape Cod Pilates! I am Amanda Spearin the Owner and Operator. I am Balanced Body Reformer and Mat Certified with over 500 hours of Certification. I have experience with all types of specific injuries, athletes, and any age group. I believe in a holistic approach to Pilates, combining physical and mental wellbeing. My Private Lessons are designed to help you not only build strength and flexibility, but also reduce stress and improve your overall quality of life. Bachelorette Party Pilates is one of my specialties as I come fully equipt to give you the perfect workout and talk about goals or what exercises to focus on to look the best in your dress.
